1. Platform Purpose

CropGuard is an online platform that connects farmers with crop protection product suppliers, field officers, franchise partners, and sales officers to facilitate the purchase and delivery of agricultural products.

2. User Accounts

Users may need to create an account to place orders on CropGuard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Orders

When a farmer places an order, CropGuard will assign the order to the nearest available service provider based on location:

• If a Field Officer is available within a 10 km radius, the order will be assigned to them.
• If no Field Officer is available, the order may be forwarded to a Franchise partner within 25 km.
• If neither is available, the order may be forwarded to a Sales Officer.

4. Product Availability

All products listed on CropSecure are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through available payment methods such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or other supported payment gateways. CropSecure is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Commission Model

CropSecure operates on a commission-based system where the platform receives a small percentage of product sales completed through the platform.

7. Third-Party Products

Products sold on the platform may belong to third-party manufacturers. All product names, trademarks, and brands belong to their respective owners. CropSecure acts as a marketplace platform facilitating product sales.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or perform activities that may harm the system or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

CropGuard shall not be liable for any indirect damages, delivery delays, or issues caused by third-party service providers.

10. Changes to Terms

CropGuard reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
