• Forwarding orders to a Franchise partner within 25km if no Field Officer is available
• Forwarding orders to a Sales Officer if no Field Officer or Franchise is available
• Tracking order delivery
• Providing customer support

CropSecure may collect and process location information in order to assign orders to the nearest Field Officer, Franchise, or Sales Officer.

4. Order Processing

When a farmer places an order, the order details may be shared with authorized Field Officers, Franchise partners, or Sales Officers to complete the delivery process.

CropGuard operates on a commission-based system where the platform receives a small percentage from product sales.
